Corpolaw.ch is headed by an experienced corporate lawyer who
practiced in France, Germany, Quebec, Texas and Switzerland. For
many years, the owner has been primary counsel in Europe for
holdings affiliated to Canadian (Hydroquebec) and French (former
Cogema) state energy industries, with subsidiaries specializing in
automation process, networks and multimedia engineering. Our
general focus is on technology transfers contracts and structures
(compagnies, NGO, IGO, diplomatic missions,...) that want to
become established in Switzerland. Our offices are located in the
historical, political and administrative center of Lausanne, just
beside the "Château
Saint-Maire".
